Our Mission

Conscious Care Support was founded to provide specialised support services to individuals on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who live with a psychosocial disability. We saw a need in our community for NDIS support that was specific to mental health, and we ventured to supply this need by having a dedicated and compassionate team of qualified Outreach Mental Health Support Workers to help assist individuals living with a psychosocial disability meet and reach their goals.

At Conscious Care Support, we understand how difficult and debilitating it can be to live with a psychosocial disability. Psychosocial distress can make people feel lonely, unsocial, and unwanted. It can have an undesirable impact on your social health, and it can make it difficult to reach your goals and aspirations. 

We believe that nobody should feel this way, and that everybody deserves to have the opportunity to flourish and be appreciated. We all have a story to tell and an experience to share.

At Conscious Care Support, we have a passionate and dedicated team of qualified and experienced Outreach Mental Health Support Workers to help reach your goals and aspirations.

We are also proud to say that Conscious Care Support is a grass-roots organisation. This means that everyone at our organisation provides support work.
