We understand the need for person-centred, specialised mental health support in the community. This is why Conscious Care Support only recruits support workers with a specialised degree in a mental health-related field. We feel this qualification, background and experience in mental health is essential when helping individuals living with a psychosocial disability work toward their goals.
We ensure quality in our support delivery by allowing participants of the NDIS to have a consistent, reliable, and ongoing qualified Outreach Mental Health Support Worker. We feel that this is an important aspect to anybody's recovery and wellbeing.
Furthermore, Conscious Care Support adopts an incremental approach to our support services. This means that we aim to work with participants of the NDIS for the long-term.
Our Outreach Mental Health Support Workers also regularly work with the care team of the NDIS participant. We feel that this involvement and communication is essential to an individual's overall recovery and wellbeing.
Lastly, we are a grass-roots organisation. This means that everyone at Conscious Care Support provides support work, and everyone plays an active role in the community to help assist individuals living with a psychosocial disability to flourish and grow.
